Crayons

We made crayons tonight. It was fun. The house smells of melted crayons. The girls helped sort the crayons by color and take all the paper off. Then we put them in the oven for what seemed like FOREVER! But then they came out and cooled and we got to color with them and everything tonight. So much fun! :0 )

  1. Silicone Molds. I put them filled with the broken crayons in the oven on 200 F for like 20 to 30 mins. Just until they were all liquid-y. Then I let them harden and removed them from the molds. I found that the thicker the mold the easier to get the crayon out w/o breaking it.
