Travis bit his tongue yesterday evening. It looked like this, only with more blood. He got 4 stitches. The doctor said it should heal nicely as long as he doesn't mess with it too much. Well, how do you tell an 11 month old to not mess with their tongue? We're working on it though. :0) Lots of popsicles and Tylenol. He is sleeping right now, but we'll see how he does later today. Well, I should try and get some sleep too. :0)

Crayons

We made crayons tonight. It was fun. The house smells of melted crayons. The girls helped sort the crayons by color and take all the paper off. Then we put them in the oven for what seemed like FOREVER! But then they came out and cooled and we got to color with them and everything tonight. So much fun! :0 )

We Bought a Car!

Yup, we bought a car. How fun is that? :0 ) It's cute, it's small-ish (doesn't feel like it is though we all fit in it great), & it's fun to drive. It's a Vibe. A Pontiac Vibe that is. Yup, it's fun. :0 )

I'm an AUNT!

Well, I got to meet my nephew this last week. He's adorable and perfect! I'm so excited to be an aunt, my first time ya know! Travis wasn't sure what to think of his new cousin but the girls were in LOVE. :0 ) It was a fun week and I'm totally glad that I got to go.

Anyways, things are good. Just hanging out, can't wait until Christmas (we get to go to Florida!). Not sure what's going on for Thanksgiving... totally NOT in the mood to cook for it yet, hopefully that changes! I am really ready for Halloween though. My bathroom is all decked out in Halloween decorations, I just got a new throw blanket with spiders on it for the living room. I've got Rylee's birthday party to plan, still not sure what we're doing for that though. :0 ) But we'll figure it out. I'm not really sure that Rylee cares what we do. But she's going to be 5 so that's fun.

Travis took his first steps yesterday, which is exciting. He's definitely trying to get more teeth too, just ask my collar bone, which one morning was used as a teething ring. It wasn't pleasant especially since he already has 2 teeth!

ADOPTION!!

Cass' adoption went through yesterday. :0 ) It was really cool to be there when the judge said she was officially Cassidee Lynn Nicole Rozier. The judge told Cass she was cute about 5 times.... which I thought was fun. It was just a new day. Cass didn't go to school since she had to come with us and didn't want to go back when it was all done. It was a great day. Happy its all done and legal. Love you Cass! Love you Tony! Good day! REALLY GOOD. :0 )

What have we been up to?

Well, lets see. Tony and I aren't in school right now. It's our summer time. Which its nice because I can just focus on the girls for awhile. Tony is still working at Albertsons, the only thing is he has been changing hours so much during the week its a little bit crazy. But right now he's doing a Monday thru Friday thing from like 4am to 12pm. Which is actually nice because he just goes to bed the same time as the kids, or takes a nap, and then he's home for dinner and for getting Cass from school and all that fun stuff. But then after that, who knows what's going on.

Cassidee started the 3rd grade this year, yahoo for 3rd grade! I remember 3rd grade. :0 ) I remember before 3rd grade too. I think 2nd was my favorite year. ANYWAYS! Cass has two pet gerbils in her classroom and is in LOVE. Cass turned 8 on August 23rd and was baptized on August 28th. Which was really fun and exciting. It was a sweet experience and I'm happy she made the decision to be baptized. She's also dancing again this year which she loves doing.

Rylee is doing gymnastics like always. :0 ) She was invited to be in a new class this year. She's in the tops class and its sort of like a lets-get-you-ready-for-team class. Rye is a very determined little girl and I think she'll excel and do well in her new class.

Travis has a tooth. He's crawling ALL over the place. He can climb the stairs if we let him. Which we don't. He has a cupboard and a drawer that he's allowed to play in in the kitchen and he really enjoys that. Don't worry, it's the cupboard with all the pots and pans and the utensils drawer. Travis sleeps through the night for the most part and everything. He's really an easy baby.... KNOCK ON WOOD!!!
